Plum Builders uses a two step approach to complete each successful project known as Design Build. The first phase is the formulation of the specific scope and design criteria. This process leads to concept design drawings reviewed and coordinated by all three disciplines. The construction drawings are value engineered by the General Contractor to insure best construction products at the best price.

Phase two of the Design Build process is the construction of the project on time and on budget using a fixed price agreement. This process has been successful for Plum Builders in over 300 finished homes.

What’s Hot and What’s Not is the newest addition to this well rounded company, providing the Plum Team an opportunity to show their ideas to the public.
