From concept to completion Plum Builders uses a proprietary technique to fulfill each task. This process begins with early and open collaboration between Owner, Architect, and Plum Builders. Industry specific expertise is shared to articulate the project goals including the budget and schedule. Together the three parties prepare the ideal project strategy to best achieve these goals.

Continuous information flows to the team as the Architect produces the detailed drawings including specifications and Plum analyzes the budgeted costs. This organized and coordinated approach strengthens the teams’ ability to meet project imperatives once construction begins. Construction begins with a fixed price agreement.
